How it works

• You purchase a plain plate from us - there are a selection of shapes and sizes to choose from Prices start from just £12
• Then collect messages on the plate in pencil for the bride and groom from wedding guests at the reception
• Return it to us for the messages to be painted over, the addition of a central design (of your choice) and / or the bride and groom's names and date of the marriage. The art work is charged at £25 for medium plates or £30 for large plates
• We professionally glaze and fire the plate in our kilns - The bride and groom can then keep it a lifetime as a reminder of the day

Flying Saucers is a pottery painting cafe situated in Hebden Bridge West Yorkshire. People of all ages can come and paint a piece of pottery, and leave it with us for glazing and firing.
